What are the return criteria and policy at tomochan.id?
When returning goods, the goods must be in their original condition, including the packaging, and must include a purchase receipt (invoice) and a signed receipt.

Return & Refund Procedure
– Please provide your purchase invoice number, a photo of the product you wish to exchange/return, and a continuous unboxing video without any cuts or edits.
– The video must clearly show the package being opened, the product being unboxed, and the process of connecting the product to the phone.
– Please contact our WhatsApp +62587-4177-9904 with the above requirements.
– If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, you will be redirected to a similar product at the same price.
– If the product is out of stock or at the same price, your refund will be returned to you no later than 14 business days after you request a return or refund.

Terms and Conditions

1. Edited, cut, shortened, or combined videos will not be accepted, and we will be unable to process the return or refund request.
2. Applies only to products proven to be defective.
3. The product must be unused and in new condition.
4. The product must still have the M tag attached.
5. Notification of any manufacturing defects must be provided within 24 hours of receiving the product. Photos and a description of the defect must be included.
6. Notification of any manufacturing defects must include the order number.
7. Customer is solely responsible for shipping and return shipping costs.
8. Returns are only valid for product exchanges and do not provide refunds, unless otherwise approved.
9. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the terms and conditions stated above.
